Description
Do you know anyone who is a stroke survivor? A friend of mine had a stroke in March 2023 and has made great strides in rehab and getting back to what used to be normal for her as well as adjusting to some ‘new normal’. She asked me about an embroidery design that she could make for her fellow survivors and those with a TBI that she has met through her journey.
In my search for something to send her way I found there really wasn’t anything so, I worked with my friend Corena from Bella Bleu Embroidery to brainstorm (pun intended) ideas and I’m proud of what we came up with! This Survivor (Stroke) Ornament is to honor all those who have fought to survive the odds!
The proceeds from the sale of this finished ornament will be donated to the Grady Stroke Center in Atlanta, GA in honor of my friend and all the others who have been lucky enough to call themselves SURVIVORS!!
Ornament dimensions are approximately 4 inches by 4 inches. Each ornament is hand cut.
If you have an embroidery machine, the design is available GeminiRed Embroidery Designs.
