The front of each pocket will be made out of the fabric of your choice and attached to sturdy marine vinyl with an elastic that will easily slide over your planner to keep your place. The tree design shown in pictures was embroidered especially for my friend who is diving deep into her ancestry and putting together her family tree. She wanted something special for her genealogy notebook, and this pocket book bandis perfect because it will hold her pens when not in use.

Elastic is approximately 16 inches long in total and is secured between the vinyl used to make the pocket. Vinyl pocket is 7 inches tall by 3.75 inches wide and will fit most standard planners like those from Plum Paper Planner, Erin Condren and Happy Planners. Not only can your pocket hold writing utensils, you can slide in an extra pair of reading glasses, planner stickers or anything else you need to tuck away for planning fun.

Because books and planners come in different dimenions, if you need something that fits a smaller or larger book or planner, please make note of that in the note section at checkout so I can come up with something just for you. Elastic and vinyl will coordinate with the fabric chosen, however if you have a special request I’d be happy to accommodate if available.

I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
