If you are anything like me, you love a great tote bag. I have a ton of patterns, but this Library Tote Bag pattern is the perfect size for adults and kids. I took the pattern one step further by adding an interior slip pocket that is divided into 2 sections to easily slide your phone and pens/pencils into it.

Each Library Tote Bag is made to order just for you or as a gift to someone special. You can choose from the wide variety of fabrics I have available to create a bag as unique as you are. The bags shown in the photos are made with fabrics that have limited yardage and may/may not be available at the time of order. The interior each tote will be crafted using a complimentary fabric to coordinate with your outer fabric. Straps will either be created with the same interior fabric or cotton webbing based on availability.

A monogram can be added to your tote at no charge for either a single letter, 3-letter, or up to 12-letter name. Please note that I will select a thread that will show best on the fabric you choose or will create an appliqué background if the fabric is busy. Personalization will be added to the bag prior to construction so you will not be able to see the back of the stitching on the inside of your bag.

Cotton fabirc interior and exterior (machine washable)
Laminated fabric can be used on the inside upon request to allow for wiping it with a damp cloth

Straps: 9″ from bag to shoulder

To have a custom Library Tote Bag made for you, simply order this bag, select your fabric(s) from my fabric options, and allow 3-5 business days for it to be created. Please pick 2-3 fabrics just in case there is not enough of any of them to construct the tote – I will use your backup choice to create the bag. If you would like it personalized, leave a note at checkout to provide the name or monogram you would like.

I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
