This pillow cover fits a standard 16×16 decor pillow or you can grab a pillow insert online or at your local craft store. If you order a customer pillow cover, thread colors on the embroidery can be changed to match your decor, as well as the fabric for the outer panels of the pillow. This pillow cover will come exactly as shown.

Pillow insert not included due to shipping costs and bulkiness of insert. You can purchase an economical pillow insert at Amazon with Prime shipping, or visit your local Hobby Lobby or JoAnn Craft Store and use a coupon. For Amazon purchasing – this pillow is reasonably priced.

Each pillow cover is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for completion of embroidery and sewing before the pillow cover is ready to ship via USPS. First class shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Priority shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.

If you need it for a special occasion, please allow time for creation and shipping.

I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
