Description

Don’t let people grab the wrong scissors when they come into your sewing room or studio. Make sure they know it’s hands off your precious scissors! By marking your scissors with embroidered scissor tags you can ensure that any little hands can quickly see which scissors are okay to use on paper and which ones shouldn’t be touched.

Even though I don’t have little hands that come in my studio, I have had friends try to grab my awesome fabric scissors to cut a piece of paper or open a box. After I regained my composure I was able to give them the right scissors and no one got hurt! When you spend good money on a fabulous pair of scissors you don’t want anyone to ruin them.

The square tags shown in the photos are embroidered on white, durable marine vinyl, with a bright pink border and black letters. You can customize them in colors of your choice.

At checkout, simply make a note in the designated area with the colors you would like for the vinyl and thread. These tags can be customized beyond the options shown/listed by filling out the custom request form.

I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
