Description

Let the countdown begin! This embroidered Days until Santa pillow cover fits 18×18 pillow forms and has a large rectangle of chalkboard fabric that allows you to easily count down to his arrival on Christmas.

Each pillow cover is a natural canvas color that is lightweight and has a zipper at the bottom. Santa is done with appliqué and can be done using a variety of fabric options. Photos shown is done using the Michael Miller Christmas Large Curly Swirl Santa Red fabric. Letters are individually cut out with bright green stitching around each one.

Order is for pillow cover only. You can pick up 18×18 pillow inserts at Walmart, Hobby Lobby or JoAnn’s or you can order from Amazon (especially great if you have Prime!).

Pillow covers are embroidered upon receipt of customer order and can take up to 5 days based on number of orders in the queue. You can choose a different fabric than the one shown by looking through my fabric options and making note of your choice in the note section at checkout. If you do not indicate a different fabric you will receive the one shown in the photo.

I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
