Canvas Zip Pouch with Split Letter Monogram

In the note section at checkout be sure to include monogram information. The canvas zip pouch will be embroidered with a single letter split monogram and first name stitched between the lines.

• Provide name to be stitched – uppercase split monogram will be the first letter of name.
• Provide 1-3 thread colors for embroidery. This design can be embroidered in all one color or a different color for each of the following: (1) uppercase letter, (2) full name between the lines, (3) lines.

• This item is customized and monogrammed to order. Please allow 3-5 business days from date of received/paid order for item to ship. During the months of November and December turn around time is 5-10 days due to increased order volume.

• FREE shipping within the U.S. (only) for all orders $55.00 and above (towels and bulky items $80.00 and above). International shipping available (at a fee) upon request.

• I use recycled mailing envelopes and boxes whenever possible to limit the amount passed along to customers for handling/packaging, and to be more earth conscious. I appreciate your support of this method of shipping.
• Postage rates are calculated using the weight of each item and a direct connection with the USPS rates. There is an additional 1.25% added to the USPS postage amount to cover processing and handling as well as packaging and shipping supplies.
• If the postage does not look like it is calculating properly – please send a message so I can ensure you are not overcharged.
• Items that are ready and available for shipping will ship via USPS within 3-5 business days of received order unless otherwise stated in the item listing. Priority shipping within the U.S. is typically 2-3 business days.
• If you choose first class shipping, please be aware that it is not guaranteed, and insurance is not available for lost or stolen packages.
• In accordance with the Terms of Service for PayPal and Square, orders must be shipped to the address on the order. Please ensure you have entered the correct address during checkout.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is ready for shipment. NOTE: Orders processed after 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the next business day. *Saturday is not considered a business day.

Special Notes about Shipping

• TOWEL PURCHASES: Towels do NOT fit in a Priority Padded Flat Rate envelope or Small Flat Rate Box.
• The Media Mail option is only available for paper products and books.
• UNDERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you select an option that does not cover shipping you may receive notice that additional funds are needed before your package can ship.
• OVERPAYMENT OF SHIPPING COSTS: If you overpay for shipping by more than $1.00 a partial refund will be made to you.
• Items will not be shipped until payment is received (and cleared) in full.
