My friends all know that I am really bad when it comes to music – I can tell you “I love this song” when I hear it on the radio and have zero idea of the name of it or who sings it. There are 3 songs from Neil Diamond that always recognize and know! Neil Diamond is one of the artists I have loved for a long time. Perhaps you also immediately recognize them as well – “Sweet Caroline”, “Song Sung Blue” and “America.”
Being a fan of Neil Diamond, I was excited to be given the chance to listen to his newest album in advance of it’s release. Melody Road is a wonderful album, and the songs will be just as recognizable as my current favorites. This collection of 12 songs is soon to be at the top of your list of “must have” albums and songs. I queued it up for a listen and if I hadn’t been heading out soon after the 1st listen – it would have been on a loop the other day. The title track will now be added to my top 5 (3 of which already belong to Neil – I can call him by his first name, now, right?). The album will be available for pre-order starting on September 9th at Amazon.com. Amazon pre-orders give fans a code that will give them early access to purchase concert tickets for the 2015 tour. Tour dates and information have not yet been announced.
