My favorite post from 12/18/14…This isn’t my favorite post because I’m happy that someone went through this, but because of people having the courage to share such stories! Emma over at Muddy Boots and Diamonds shares a story of postpartum depression and the need for medication – “My Little Blue Pill”. So often people are afraid to cross that line and agree to taking medication, but in the long run it can definitely be beneficial to all involved.
Be sure to check the other hosts’ posts this week to find out which link was their favorite from last week!

Aw! thank you for picking my post as a favorite. My hope is that by writing about my experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety, someone else will feel less alone and hopefully get the courage to seek help as well. There’s such a huge stigma attached to it, yet it’s so very common.
You are quite welcome. I think we treat anyone with any type of depression poorly – it’s a shame. Hoping you are well, and wishing you a Happy New Year. Stop back by #throwbackthursdaylinkup when we return on January 8th (launching at 8:00 pm ET on January 7th)
